We are an independent CRO operating out of the United States that offers pre-clinical drug research in top-notch, GLP-certified testing laboratories in Kiev, UA. Our research facilities are supported by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Health Department and provide services for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core purpose. The CRO was created to offer the high quality, lower cost services of these laboratories to start-up bio-tech companies in the U.S. and Europe, thereby providing them with a smart option for advancing development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a wide range of pre-clinical toxicology including medicine safety, acute and chronic toxicity, pharmacological screening, bio-availability , bioequivalence, and extensive in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.

Our pre-clinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical services far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the United States and perform all studies in Kiev, UA where labor and laboratory costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. consists only of the company principals who work directly with customers; we don’t have any promotion costs aside from our website, and no head offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower workers rates and are happy to provide our most attractive rates for long-term and more intricate pre-clinical trials where labor is the most significant portion of the overall price. Since we utilize the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other CROs, we don’t have any cost savings on these materials and thus less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical tests. However, regardless of your study protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the greatest possible value for their investment.
